Outstanding service from start to finish. Eirik, the service manager, was responsive, accommodating, and clearly cares about the customer experience. Roberto was friendly, courteous, and great to work with. Although I was offered a loaner, I opted to wait at the dealership, and the lounge was very comfortable and well appointed. Exactly the level of service you expect from Lexus.
We worked with Eve McLaughlin in purchasing a new Lexus TX and she was fantastic. Her knowledge of the car’s features and capabilities was superb, and she answered our questions candidly and accurately as regards the various different models and their features. She probed our intended use of the car and made very good recommendations. Also, her review of the complex operating system was thorough and very helpful.
I’ve purchased multiple cars with this dealership and have been well cared for and educated each time. I recently purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride from Lexus of Colorado Springs. Eve was very helpful in showing a lot of the cars features to me, a person very much not acustomed to technology. She has a bright and friendly personality and is an asset to the company. The purchase process was fairly simple although it took a long time.
Mickey is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I love the NO pressure atmosphere! Eve did a great job of showing me how all the bells and whistles work, her patience is truly appreciated.

I was incredibly happy with Vy and every staff member I interacted with at Lexus Colorado Springs. Everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond. That level of care isn’t common these days. Eve was fantastic, she knew a lot about all the cars available, and questions she couldn’t answer, she did the research quickly and got back to me promptly with the info. She was also quick to get cars ready for test drives. Overall she made the whole buying experience very painless.
We weren't granted the price we were quoted. We visited Nov 21 and they didn't have the vehicle that we wanted but said it was expected in the next week or so. It arrived Dec 3 and they said the deal they offfered was only for November.. Wasn't told that at the time.

I didn’t have an appointment but stopped by with some concerns. Everything checked out okay. A software update was also performed while I was there. Even though they were extremely busy that day, the service advisor (Roberto) was cordial and helpful.
I can’t say enough positive comments concerning my recent experience with Kuni Lexus. Starting with my initial telephone conversation with Manuel and Roberto, I was immediately impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to assist. It was a long and painful process to buy our new Lexus. We were there over 3. Hrs!! Not good customer service!!! We should have been told ahead that it would take so long. People keep leaving the room and were slow to return. I hope the service dept is better than the sales dept!!! I do love my car so far.

Wonderful Service! Took in my 2022 Lexus Hybrid with only 11,600 miles. Had a slightly modified service for the low mileage on my 2 year old vehicle. I was given a a 2025 Lexus to drive to do some scheduled errands. Came back to the Dealer, had some good coffee and snacks while my wife and I watched TV in their very impressive new waiting area. Outrageously expensive poor customer service. I have had three Lexus this was my worst experience! Charged double what was told would probably cost, called to discuss work completed, no answer, told to leave message mailbox full, finally reached someone who said my agent would call me next morning Never called.

Buying from Colorado Springs Lexus was a great experience! I received top value for my trade and the pricing was extremely fair. Both Tayler and Angel provided excellent customer service and were able to get my car detailed on the outside to correct some smudging without question. We have bought Lexus products from this dealership for the past 18 years. We found the sells and service departments received an excellent rating from us each and every time . Our recent purchase of a 2023 Nx350 has experience numerous software failures requiring us to return the vehicle numerous times-total of more than 30 days in the shop .we will once again have to reprogram the vehicle in order to have it fully functional .
